Is it really that good? my take
The hotel boasts an incredible location near shops and restaurants, with easy beach access! The surrounding area is lively, offering a vibrant atmosphere while still being peaceful.
Unfortunately, the absence of common areas and social features leaves much to be desired. A better effort in upkeep would enhance the overall experience massively.

We loved the location, just a quick stroll to the beach, which was perfect for our group of five teens. Exploring Spirit Mountain and Chao Fah Park Pier was a highlight. The rooms offered nice views and lots of space for everyone.
My kids wished there were more activities for teens.

Nice rooms with a great location just a short walk from the beach. The pool at the nearby Tipa resort is a hidden gem, perfect for a relaxing dip. the lack of adequate storage in the room was a bit inconvenient, and towels could have been fresher.

this place was super clean and comfy. the staff were really friendly and helpful. location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and tons of shops/restaurants nearby. i loved the free coffee and water in the lobby. having access to the pools at the next door hotel was a sweet extra!
the only thing i didn’t like was that the shower layout was kinda weird, and it felt a bit noisy at night sometimes. also, the room only had one key, which was annoying.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short stroll to the beach, which makes accessing the water easy. Staff friendliness stands out. they were genuinely kind and welcoming. cleanliness could use improvement, as some areas felt neglected, and I encountered issues with the air conditioning where I had to ensure the door was fully closed. a lack of adequate storage options in the room made organizing belongings a challenge.

Great location but cleanliness needs attention
The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. our room wasn't cleaned properly, with towels that smelled bad and sheets not changed throughout our stay. It's a bit disappointing given how well-placed the hotel is for exploring the area.

great amenities but could improve cleanliness
I loved the spacious dorm room with modern decor and comfortable beds. The complimentary bottles of water and free coffee made my stay more enjoyable. The friendly staff went out of their way to assist, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The sea view from the common area was a bonus, providing a lovely backdrop to relax after a day of exploration.
The cleanliness of the amenities could be enhanced. I noticed some missed spots in the common areas during my stay.

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy with premium bedding and had a nice coffee maker. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the flat-screen cable TV provided some fun downtime after exploring the area. The en suite bathroom had complimentary toiletries, adding a nice touch to our stay.
There was a mix-up with our checkout process.

Check-in was a bit of a mess. we arrived late and had to wait for someone to take us to another location for check-in, which was frustrating. The communal areas had a distinct musty smell, and the advertised complimentary snacks were nowhere to be found, leading to disappointment. The bathroom configuration was odd, with three separate areas for the toilet, shower, and washbasin—definitely not what I was expecting. the lack of efficient communication, especially at check-in regarding contact options, left me scratching my head.
